Our standards

Quality Standards

Brands, fighters and fans trust boxbid.io with their money and their name. These are the standards we hold everyone on the platform to.

Fighters and creators

• Pro boxer profiles are checked against the fighter's BoxRec record before they go live.
• Podcasts, media and promoters apply and are reviewed by our team.
• Fight records, upcoming fights and audience numbers must be accurate. Profiles we cannot verify are not listed.

Sponsorships

• Every sponsorship spot says exactly what the brand gets: where the logo appears, for which fight, and what content is included.
• Fighters deliver what was agreed and share proof, such as photos and video from fight night.
• Sponsorship payments are secured in escrow and released once the deal is delivered.

Brands

• Brands must be real businesses and sign up with a work email.
• We do not accept sponsors whose products or services are illegal, unsafe or unsuitable for a sports audience.
• Brands must have the rights to the logos and artwork they provide.

Merchandise

• Products are described accurately, with clear photos, sizes and prices.
• Orders ship with tracking. If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us and we will make it right.

Community

• Respect fighters, fans and brands. No hate speech, harassment, threats, sexually explicit content or spam.
• We remove content and close accounts that break our Terms of Service.

We only text members who ask for a code or who opted in to text updates, and every text says it is from BoxBid. See our SMS Terms.
